1. Shipping and delivery policies

1.1 Thai Gem Centre (www.thaigemcentregroup.com) ships to USA, UK, Australia, Canada and most European countries, Middle Eastern Countries and Asian Countries; with the exception of a few.
1.2 All our orders are shipped through registered courier companies and post offices.
1.3 We do NOT offer free shipping services. Shipping of any and every order will be charged according to standard shipping rates.
1.4 We do NOT offer Cash On Delivery as an option. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order.
1.5 We will ship orders as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. All order deliveries will be subject to the norms, terms, conditions and policies of the courier companies associated with Thai Gem Centre (www.thaigemcentregroup.com). Current status of your orders / shipments can be tracked using the shipping agents website, which we will email to you once shipped.
1.6 All orders will be shipped to the registered postal address of the buyer within Thailand (as specified at the time of registration or order confirmation). For order(s) being shipped outside Thailand, you can call us for details on +662-237-5218 or write to us at info@thaigemcentregroup.com .
1.7 If payment for an order is being made by bank deposit or transfer of cash into our account (details provided on our payment method pages), that order will only be shipped once payment has been received irrevocably, in full.
1.8 Thai Gem Centre (www.Thaigemcentregroup.com) has partnered with various global logistic service providers to ensure timely delivery of products purchase on our website. In normal circumstances, packages are shipped within 4-6 business days. However, the stipulated delivery time may vary in case of multiple orders, Tier-3 cities, and various other contingencies.

2. Limitations and exclusions of liability

2.1 We will not be liable to you in respect of any delay in delivery by the courier companies associated with our website. Thai Gem Centre (www.Thaigemcentregroup.com) only agrees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
2.2 We agree to dispatch only undamaged orders to the courier company associated with your order as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. We will not be responsible in any way for any damage to orders during transit. Buyers will need to contact the courier company associated with their order to settle disputes regarding receipt of goods damaged in transit.

3. Proof of delivery

3.1 Thai Gem Centre (www.Thaigemcentregroup.com) is not responsible and cannot be held liable against non-receipt of e-mails / e-mail delivery failure caused by technical difficulties / registration of incorrect e-mail address by the customer.
3.2 Any and all disputes that may arise as a result of goods shipped and received, must be provided in writing to Thai Gem Centre within 7 days of receipt of the delivery confirmation e-mail. If no response is received within 7 days of receipt of the delivery confirmation e-mail, the same will be deemed as confirmation of the buyer/recipient having received the goods shipped. Thai Gem Centre is under no liability thereafter regarding the said order.

4. Cancellation
​
4.1 Once a product is shipped to the recipient (is handed over to the courier company by us), and/or you receive the product, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately.
4.2 If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, please intimate our representatives via telephone by calling +662-237-5218. Please note: If you cancel an order before the product(s) has been shipped to you, kindly contact us via e-mail at info@thaigemcentregroup.com and we will provide you with further instructions. We do NOT offer Cash On Delivery, hence refunds cannot be claimed against Cash On Delivery in any instance. Exchanges for cash / cheque / currency / bank transfer / any other monetary form will NOT be entertained under ANY circumstance. The right to accept or refuse returned order/s lies at the sole discretion of Thai Gem Centre and its representatives. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly read our Cancellation Policy carefully prior to purchasing any product(s) via our website.
